Currency:

BAZZUL prices are listed in CAD currency.

 

Taxes:

Taxes and shipping are not included in the price. In Canada, all Canadian customers pay a 13% HST.

*PLEASE be aware, if you are ordering from outside of Canada, all duties and taxes charged by customs are the sole responsibility of the customers and will not be refunded or reimbursed by BAZZUL.

 

Shipping costs:

Shipping costs will vary by location and items purchased. Please feel free to e-mail info@bazzul.com and we’d be happy to send you a breakdown. ALL shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping arrival:

We ship with Canada Post Air Mail. Items will be shipped the next business day and will take 4-10 business days to arrive. International orders can take up to 6 weeks. Times vary by destination; please feel free to contact info@bazzul.com for more details.

Items delivered or lost in transit:

Once we send the items to be shipped they are no longer BAZZUL’s responsibility. BAZZUL is not responsible for lost or damaged goods. *PLEASE be sure to keep all of your shipping information in case of any discrepancies.

 

Our RETURN policy:

After 7 days of receiving your goods we cannot offer a refund or exchange. If you contact us and return your item within 7 days, we can offer an exchange or store credit. 

Please note: items that have been damaged due to wear and tear, or from being washed incorrectly, are not considered to be faulty, therefore are not eligible for exchange or refund. Also, any item purchased in white is FINAL SALE.

Returns must be returned new, unused and with all tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered will not be accepted.
